Can't help you with course prices around there, but I do know there are plenty of courses in that area. I grew up down around there (Warrenton) and there were no courses then, but you won't have any trouble finding one now. Hope you like the East Coast. BTW, you're gonna love rush hour traffic around D.C.! LOL!
