I am also from centreville, right down the road from manassas. If you get out here soon enough you can go and see the Presidents Cup on Lake Manassas.

The best course I have played in Virginia is Bull Run...it's a fun course.

Generals Ridge was listed above, that course is hard as **** . I think it was rated one of the hardest courses in Virginia.

Also, if you make a little trip to centreville you can play at Twin Lakes or Westfields. Westfields was designed by Fred Couples and is probably one of the best maintained courses around where you will be. Twin Lakes is just a public course, but it has two separate courses which is good.
