Weir's a streaky player, as are a lot of the golfers outside of the top 5. David Toms had a hot start, but has faded recently and missed several cuts. Padraig Harrington's hasn't played well of late. Kenny Perry missed a few cuts in a row before this week. So it could come together any week for Mike. He played pretty well on the West Coast and at the Masters, and right now is in a little funk, but he'll bounce back. He's been an up and down player all his career.
