My vote is Bo Van Pelt. He just always seems really easy-going, and will chat, even during a tournament round. On various occasions - I've witnessed him chatting with fans during the local tournaments here (Byron Nelson Classic, and Colonial). He just strikes me as a humble and nice guy, and very talented to boot.
