Player E plays consistently (but never has a low enough round to gain points) and wins the US Open. Anyone who chose Player E correctly chose the winner but they wouldn't be a factor in this game.

Is there some way to award points for picking the best order of finish?
I suppose what you propose is a theoretical possibility... however Player E will almost by definition have to pick up some solid points.

I think it could be possible to add some points for leaderboard position, but the beauty of this game as it stands is that everyone is interested in every round (unless a lot of your picks miss the cut). Otherwise it only really gets interesting on Sunday.
