No, I haven't and I don't plan to and I don't throw clubs and I don't swear and I don't act like a foolish child and taught my children to act properly too. So far, the worse thing my kid does after a bad shot is proclaims is "I hate this game." and not very loudly either. :

If you want to do those things or aren't careful when you play, that's your business, but don't assume everyone else acts that way.
