interesting "telluwhat".... I see what you are getting at, its just that every other iron is alright & goes a long way, not to mention getting better all the time, to the dregree that my first hole is now a 7 iron hole where as it used to be a 6 iron & before that a 5 iron hole, but the 3 iron is still the one that takes that like extra in the swing to get it going, a bit more thought too, as if it were just a case of speed, then I would just be able to whack it & it would fly... there is far more to it than that. Interesting idea getting a slightly more flexible shaft for it. But I think I almost cracked using my 3 iron last week. haven't been out this week as the band has had a lot on & needed to rehearse & work has also been getting in the way too. :(
