If you're hitting 10 GIR but shooting high 80s, I don't think there's anything wrong with your progress....that said, you should definitely be working hard on your short game and course management skills. 37 putts isn't horrible, but you must have having a few blowup holes a round I'd reckon. Tidy up that scorecard by taking a few less putts and losing the penalty strokes and you'll be sitting pretty. :nodsmiley
