Great pics - hope the trout tasted as good as it looked!

I don't think the bird watching is very good in this area. I haven't got into it much. I enjoy watching birds while doing other things. It doesn't seem like there is much of a variety here. I was watching a robin by the #10 tee today at Bountiful Ridge hehe. I am always happy to see the first robin of the year...I know I'm in for plenty of golf starting very soon! There are a lot of magpies (California Gull?) where I was fishing. Also, I see a bald eagle every now and then right where I was fishing. I saw one when I first got there this time. That
is cool.
I have never tasted a brown trout. I like fish. I had fish last night. I used to keep a couple from Strawberry Reservoir, but the regs are now set so that pretty much every fish is in the slot. The fishing has been awesome there the past couple of years probably because of that. I caught a silly amount of big cutthroats last time out.
Here is my fishing stuff.
