I realized that I'm stiking the ball just as good if not better than usual, but I'm not playing for my new draw or distance on my irons. I chili-dipped some chips too, but my next one was usually close (one went in for bogey...). I think that deronsizemore got it right; I'm trying too hard and expecting too much. It's just that when I hit a bad shot, I'm hard on myself and don't just focus on my next shot. Thanks all of you, this really made me think about my game and that I'm not really that far off from where I was.

Yes most of that could be chaulked up to "that's golf". The only thing that might concern me would be the fade turning into a draw. If that continues you may want to have someone take a look at your swing, unless the draw is consistent and you prefer it.
