Rock Hollow is easily the nicest and most difficult courses I've ever played. I usually shot in the mid 80's for 18 in High School but I could barely break 100..
The 18th hole is a "Beast"!! Long carry over water off the tee and water up the entire left side of the hole. You can check out their website

I do know they've had a "Stay and Play" deal with the local Best Western. But, since I only live 20 minutes from the course I don't have to worry about that.
