Strategies for foursome scrambles

Hi all,
This is my first time playing in a foursome scrambles. I am very excited but not sure what to expect. Do you have any suggestion such as long hitters hit last or good putter putt last? Please give me strategies that you think might help us win the tournament. I am new to my company and last year the winner group was -12 last year on this same course. We are playing from the White Tees and the course is fairly short. I expect mostly 9 irons and wedges to the greens on par 4s. My partners and I have been playing together for the last 2 years. Here are the players:

Me: Index: 14. Avg. Drive: 240. Strengths: short irons and wedges. Weaknesses: mid and long irons.

A: Index: 15. Avg. Drive: 270. Strengths: Long drives, good mid and long irons. Weaknesses: Can be wild.

B: Index: 12. Avg. Drive: 250. Strengths: Putting. Weaknesses: Driver.

C: Index: 18. Avg. Drive: 240. Strengths: None. Weaknesses: Can be wild. Chipping.

According to your experience. Do you guys think we have a chance to beat -12? Thanks.
