Put the consistant driver first so after he's safe the rest of you can bomb away with no pressure. Same goes for every shot after that except the putting. The best putter should always go last. I've played in many, many scrambles(hate 'em but do it for charity) and one thing I've noticed throughout my experience is that the winners in a four man scramble have generally cheated. My advise to you, as this is a company outing, is to have a good time and don't take it so seriously. Make a good impression on your boss by being a clean competitor and a gentleman throughout the day and be sure to have fun while you're at it. Behavoir like that stands out.
