Men under 50 cannot play in the US Seniors Open. Then by your logic, men over 50 shouldn't be allowed to play in the US Open.

The lpga is for women. The Champions Tour is for men over 50.
The pga is for the best players.
Both the women and the Senior Players have tours of their own, which they are entitled to, because most of their members are not good enough to play the pga tour.

But if the odd Champions Tour Player, or LPGA player is able to play on the pga, they should not be excluded from doing so.

This does not work both ways. Men under 50 are not entitled to go on to the ladies tour, which is specifically for ladies because the men under 50 would have a physical advantage.
Men under 50 are also not allowed to play on the Champions Tour, because they would have a physical advantage there also.

This is the exact same for Junior golf. A junior golfer would be able to play on the pga tour. Yet pga tour players are not allowed to go back and play junior events.
