I missed watching on TV (work), and the replay tonight will be missed due to golf league. Maybe tomorrow I'll get to leave early and catch some of it.
I think the British Open is one of the most captivating Majors to watch. Nature sets the course conditions, and from what I see the courses don't need to be doctored-up for the Open competition.
A question for anyone who has played some of the British Open courses - is it true you play the same course in the same condition the pro's play them? E.G., same length, fairways, rough, greens, etc?

ive never played an Open course, but to my knowledge, few of them have set members tees (ladies, old boys etc...) and set professional tees. though im pretty sure St Andrews has only 2 sets of tees, the ladies and the normal tees. maybe someone can add to this, but im pretty sure Carnoustie, Hoylake etc... have 4 different set tee's.
