I went for a food tasting trip two months ago...Joel Robuchon is fantastic (ask for Chef Simon, tell them Harlan sent you), Alain Ducasse's restaurant at the top of the Time Hotel is good, and Hubert Keller's Bouchon was also very good...went to see the Cirque de Soleil "O" show, was good and Celine Dion was great even though I am not a fan of her music...they also have lots of golf...:)
