I have played the Panther Lakes course at Orange County National and it's all the golf you'll want - tough but fun. I also played a course outside Orlando, about 30-45 minutes north called Eagle Dunes in Sorrento. It's a hidden gem, but a bit out of the way. A friend of mine is a former local pro who now lives in Orlando and he said Metro West and Falcon's Fire are sweet.
