PTP (Point To Ponder): I told they guys at one of my old dregs about a story of a long driver that used to mount a telephone directory between 2 metal masts about 6 feet off the ground and whack a golf ball right through it - a kind of show he did. "No way!", "Impossible!", "Yea, an Isle of Man directory!" etc. echo'd through the bar as I was shot down in flames. Until I brought the (high-speed) pic from the article (taken just as the ball came bursting through the book) and showed the guys. "Wow!", "Unbelievable!" etc. they suddenly whispered in amazement as the image was scrutinized. Anyone else seen this feat?
