If you're walking and it's not thunder, lightning, heavy downpour, you can still play. Some of the more fastidious clubs will not let riding carts out during rain, so as not to tear up the course. You must learn to play in inclement weather. It's a big part of the game. As jer said: DO NOT GO ON THE COURSE IF THERE IS LIGHNING!!!!!!!!!
