Had a 7 wood and a driver slip out during tee shots in past years. The 7 wood went farther than the ball!
Here in the great Pacific Northwest, you need to learn to play in the rain. Early fall it's not so bad, as it's not that cold. Buy some wet weather gloves (I did, FJ RainGrip), or get corded grips so you won't kill your golfing buddies!
