Merlando, I think we would prefer a resort type trip where we stay at the same place for 2 or 3 nights. I personally would also like to go someplace that has a nightlife/social scene within half an hours drive, but that is definitely secondary to the golf. Also, any suggestions on the courses in the 2nd link? I try not to put too much stock into photos on the internet.

Pick-it-up, most of us are based out of Indianapolis. WI doesn't sound like a bad idea.
