I don't know about golf packages, but my wife and I honeymooned at Kapalua in the summer of 2004. We stayed at the Kapalua Bay Resort. You will pay reduced greens fees if you are staying at Kapalua. You can also get a package deal that includes 1 round at each of the 3 courses. Saves you a few bucks.
We got hung up playing The Plantation Course a few times and looking back, if I do it again, I will play the other 2 Kapalua courses.
