I just bought a set at Golf Galaxy for $399. Tried the X-20's since I already had the x-14's. Price wasn't the issue - I just wanted to buy clubs that felt good and were forgiving on mishits. Also - I like hybrids instead of 3 & 4 irons so it didn't make sense to buy clubs I wasn't going to use. I liked the look, feel and result of the Adams so I got them. It's easy to get wrapped up in all the hype the big manufacturers create through their advertising. This time I wanted to buy on results and not name brand.
I will be playing with them for the 1st time this Sunday and I'll give some feedback. I have a good feeling from my indoor test. Handicap - 10.
