I hit them at a local retailer and liked the feel. I called Ping and talked to a fitter and he told me that Chris DiMarco tried them a week before last year's British Open and liked them so much that he took a set with him and played them. But I didn't buy them for that reason (I'm no CD . I bought them because I like the way they perform. I feel I have more control, and they spin better.
