To get a definite answer you have to swing the clubs in question.......

I made a great buy late last year and kept the driver ready for the first 18 last Sunday.
I wanted a different and better driver and longer hitting driver. The basic thing in choosing drivers and other clubs, something all pros and recommenders say, is the lower the loft the longer the club drives the ball.

So why go to driver with 12, 11, 10 or 9 degree loft....I found a used driver with 7 1/2 degree loft and can hit it far and I am satisfied. It was probably only a hit hundred times before I found it in the used shop, for $50. The shop had other second hand clubs that had never been hit for 30, 40, 50, or $60...........I just could not see paying 300 to 500 for a new driver when I could get the club I wanted for $50.........

I just had to say this...

But what irons to use, I cannot help you.....I changed to 3 Nicklaus Hybrids and kept the 7,8 & 9 King Cobra irons....
