I really don't remember. I was about 13 at the time (49 now). We lived way out in the country. The nearest course was 15 miles away. Nobody in my family played golf. But for some reason, I thought it'd be cool to buy this starter set of golf clubs (Wilson Johnny Walker Cups). It was 4 years later before I ever set foot on a course. By then, my brother had started playing a little. Later on, my mother caught on, then my father.

If I'd known how much money I'd be spending over the years on golf, I'd have stuck with tennis! :D
