I had the Sophia model but wound up disliking it. Developed a tendency to pull short putts to the left. A buddy at work loved it, so I sold it to him and went back on the putter hunt. This time, I bought a Marilyn model after a hefty search. I love it.

Furthermore, the buddy noticed some wear on the Sophia model. It appeared scratched on the back, but was merely the finish fading away. He sent a note to the company, and they sent him a replacement model free of charge, complete with return shipping covered. The product is great, but the customer service puts them over the top for me.
