I agree it was anti-climactic, but the Tour got what it wanted. Four weeks of great golf, lots of air time for Tiger and Phil, and Tiger winning the Fedex Cup.

It would have been a real embarrassment for the Tour if Tiger would have finished like T-22 in the Tour Championship, and someone like Tim Clark winning it. Then you would have had NBC still fawning all over Tiger for winning the Fedex Cup, while kind of casting aside the Tour Championship winner.
