He stands out from the Luke Donalds and Steve Strickers. He's a different kind of golfer. IMO, golf needs some of that. I think it's nice to see that he has a side other than the one that the media and critics seem to drone on.

In a similar way, Camilo Villegas, Ian Poulter and Jesper Parnevik add color with their wardrobes. Bubba Watson and Boo Weekly add variety with their country-boy attitudes. John Daly adds excitement with his personal life escapades.

I think the game is a lot more diverse and exciting than it was in the early 90's when I started following it, and I think Rory adds to that. That is why I like him.
