have you looked into New Zealand or Australlia? My little brother just got back from Nz and had a GREAT time!! Great beaches, good nnightlife, super fishing and hiking in the Southern Alps, bungee jumping off bridges, all sorts of great stuff to do according to him and the prices werent bad compared to some of the other places you have mentioned.
