I hate to get off the Golf topic but if you are going to Scotland it would be a crime to not spend at least one day seeing the Highlands and Loch Ness. My wife and I went about 3 years ago and took this tour:

Great trip beautiful country, little Scotch Tasting, great tour guides was only 6 people when we went and they were able to take extra time with us. I suggest them very highly. If we ever go back I will take the tour again for sure.
