She's definitely not "rock", but there is no "pop" hall of fame. And judging by the inductees in the hall normally, it's more about the rock music era (1950's and beyond) than actual rock and roll musicians. That's what I think, at least... and I agree that if Madonna gets in, you gotta have Donna Summer.
