What I see here is a closed club face at hip-high in the takeaway. Also, I see your right elbow separating from the right lat -
almost a chicken-wing move, but not quite. One other thing I notice is that you get pretty loaded onto your right leg in the backswing. So my advice would be to:
- stay connected - one-piece takeaway with the elbows in
- square the club face - easier to do when the right elbow doesn't separate
- brace against the right leg instead of balancing on it at the top of the backswing
It's easier to stay connected and square if you take the club away "one-piece" and turn from from the target with the shoulders, keeping the hands "in front" of you as opposed to dragging the arms across the chest. Imo a proper swing is not so much about using the arms and more about using the shoulders resulting in a more core-driven swing...the arms and hands are your connection to the club, that's all. They must stay relaxed, yet firm - not like noodles - and driven with the shoulders, hips and legs - the big muscles. Bracing against the right leg will reduce sway and lateral shift and promote a pivot. Hope this helps...just one man's un-professional internet opinion.
