I need help, whether it is an excercise or what ever it takes to make it better. Is there anyone out there that has experienced this and what can I do????? I MISS THE GAME OF GOLF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP
Put a little ointment and wrap some gauze around it...maybe some absorbine jr. or the double breaking reverse finger stretch...

Is that what you were looking for!?!?!

Go see the doctor, do what he says and don't do anything to disrupt the healing process...listen to your body and do something about it....
