Try demoing a driver with a stiffer shaft and see if it fixes it. And until you fix the problem, stop hitting the driver on the course.

With a short game as good as you say you have, even with fairly poor putting, you should be able to fairly easily break 100 if you can just advance the ball consistently 150 yds off the tee and 120 yds from the deck and keep it in play.

I would also suggest taking a break from practicing the driver at all. Take a few weeks and forget about it, only practicing and playing up to the longest club you can hit with some consistency. Endless hours of practice will probably hurt you more than help you if you are hitting it that badly.
