Just for you Straightshooter

Epoxy $3 to $20, depending on amount. $20 bottles will do for 120 clubs
Ferrules 30 cents up to $1 each
Tubing cutter for steel shafts. $10
Hacksaw blade to cut graphite shafts. $5
Grip tape 2 inch wide, 125 club size $10
Solvent Mineral Spirits $4 a gallon
Knife to cut off old grip $10
Micro torch $10 to $25
Shaft puller, This is the biggest expense, and you should really check out the Golfsmith catalog for prices as they vary for $50 to well over $200.

Yard stick to measure club length Couple bucks at a hardwae store.

If you want to adjust swing weight, you'll need a swing weight scale for around $75

Spine align shafts will cost you another $20 to $100 for a spine finder.

Half day class at Golfsmith on club making, FREE and get to keep the wedge you'll build.
