I had the same concerns as you and was about to buy the "Inside Approach" but I didnt want to pay the $80USD for it .. so I built my own for about $10, I haven't taken it to the range yet. I have tried it in the backyard and it does seem to help address some issues in my swing. If you need a hand building one please feel free to contact me.
