Another thought. Looks like you are "pulling" the butt of the club through impact which may have something to do with baseball thinking. Have you ever tried this with a baseball swing? Keep your shoulders connected and use lats to drive the bat with palms of the hands square to the pitch? Produces a killer line drive. Good for a golf swing too.
