Like corded on my wedges but for everything else I now use quite soft Winn Grips. Or at least so far on the irons. I really do need to change my fairway woods over to them too.

You see the problem I have is my hands get very dry in the cold conditions I have to work in & the skin gets very suseptable to getting ripped up with standard corse rubber grips.

Though the slightly odd & ironic thing is the corded grips don't seem to damage my hands as bad.
