I agree that these clubs are pretty terrible. There is a fantastic website that sells mostly used clubs of many brands. 3balls.com | New and used golf clubs, golf equipment, golf balls, golf shoes, golf bags and golf gifts They also sell their clubs on ebay, and you can find them even cheaper that way in most cases. I just got a set of Cleveland Launcher irons #3-#5 hybrids + 6-PW for $255 on one of their ebay auctions.. Shipping was only $12 The clubs were practically brand new. That's not to say they arent the only site that sells cheap clubs...There are many others as well. In my opinion, buying brand new clubs is just a waste, beginner or not.. You can get hardly used clubs, or "previous year models" for a fraction of the cost.
