What is your reason for this?

"To be eligible: for this contest, you will need to be at "Golf Enthusiast" level. This means, you must have a minimum of 30 posts to be eligible for the prize. All other members can play but will not be eligible to win the prize."

Aren't you at risk of alienating newbies? I'm sure this isn't your intent, but you risk it nonetheless.
