I wasn't talking about the cigar butts and cigarette butts...I am sure the people on this site are respectful of the course and deposit those items where they are supposed to. I was referring to the chemicals. There have been instances where people have played golf (not here) and put their cigar/cigarette on the ground while playing a shot but they didn't know the course had just sprayed (usually insecticide) which helped along an existing medical condition and that player died. I am sure Greenguy can comment on some of the stuff they spray...I just sprayed Monument on parts of my backyard at home to eradicate some stubborn weeds from my beautiful bermuda (in preparation for a couple pitching greens).
