I have pretty large hands( a mens LARGE glove won't even go on my hands) and I use the interlocking grip. I feel very "disconnected" hand-wise with an over lapping or butted(baseball) grip.
Just feels natural to me to interlock. I have no idea where this "small hands thing" comes from.
