Is the ability to quieten the mind possibly one of the single most ignored ingredients to improving our golf swings? How many times have we all `got ahead of ourselves` only to see a good golf score melt like a sun-batheing snowman.
A friend who practises yoga once told me to try this exercise. When you want to quieten the mind if you press the tip of your tongue firmly against the roof of your mouth, it will have a quietning effect on your thought processes. Crazy sounding yes
