i was at a relatively short par 3. about 155 yards which is a 6 iron for me. you just have to carry a little creek and there's out of bounds on the right up to about the green so you can miss it right. so i tee up and shank my 6 iron. i see it go past the visible out of bounds area so i figure, i'll just hit another ball and pick the ball up after. i shank the next shot in the exact same place. so i hit another shot and shank that one, too.

i told my friends, forget about it. i've shanked 3 shots in a row. i'll just play it. so i go to find my ball only to see that it's out of bounds over there, too. there was no way i was going to find my ball with all of the bushes and shrubs so i lost 3 balls on one hole and never managed to even get 1 shot in play!!!!
