I recommend playing Caledonia, True Blue both in Pawley Island which is close to the Willbrook, River Club and Litchfield. For courses on the northern side you can't go wrong with any of the Barefoot Landing courses. Also recommend Glen Dornach, Crows Creek, International World Tour. I have played all of these course ecept some of the Barefoot courses. They are all quality courses and fall in the higher end price wise.
