the mid is a good club, & that loft should be about right. the tp, i think, has a higher cog & is designed for a more boring ball flight. for most the reg mid would be good, but if you're a lower handicapper, then you should try the tp.
there is a whole load of hybrid options right now, so shop around.

i carry a nickent hybrid sometimes to replace my 2i. kinda depends on the course and weather. i probably won't take it back out until spring now cause it's longer out of the fairway.
