Thanks for the heads up, it took us about an hour and a half on the phone but the problem has since been fixed.

Hackerboy, that 1/2" tipping of the shaft will "firm" it up just enough, as based on your stats and club set up, you were sorta in between, so I chose to recommend the 1/2" tipping of the shaft to "firm it up a little"
