Can you take a stowaway with you?

Just to show that there is practical support for this idea, I would like to announce that:

I will be in "The Villages" outside of Ocala Florida visiting my Dad and Step-Mom from 15-21 Feb 2006. Looking to get some golf and golf lessons in during that time. If you don't mind playing with a hacker, I'm game.

I'm about 7 minutes from the turnpike and Route 80 junction and from there, around 15 minutes from the PA border.

Thanks for the recovery wishes. I'm feeling a WHOLE lot better than before. The doctor says that I have to take it very easy for the next 2 months, but after that I'll slowly be getting back into things. I feel like tackling everything right now! Just a world of difference.

Victory hasn't been around since it was brought up...not sure when he'll be back around, but I'm sure he'll address when he does show up.

Yeah, but at least here in Clarion, not as badly as I thought before. 4-6" they're saying. Back at home it wasn't supposed to be quite as bad, but now they're saying 8-12". I just hope the roads are cleared up by evening when I leave for there. Otherwise, it makes a pleasant 1.5 hour drive into a 2.5 hour nightmare, like it was last Friday.

I'll bet you each a dollar that you get more snow than us here in Baltimore. hehehehe Seriously though, good luck. you folks always deal with the snow better than folks around here.

I had to go to an appointment today near my dad's house. I check on the house while they are in Florida for the winter. It is a golf course community, and I was able to see a few of the fairways and greens as I drove by. There was no one on the course that i could see, but it sure looked playable to me. I think I've got this golf bug pretty bad.

KevKaos, Lefty or anyone else coming to central Florida - let me know when you'll be here, maybe we can get together and flail the sod! I'm about an hour south of Tampa, less than 2 hours to Orlando. Self-employed, so I can usually arrange a day off for my favorite employee when needed!
