We are extremely happy to announce the introduction of our "Supporting Member" program.

Many of you have asked how you can help support the site and maybe get a little something in return. Well, this program is for you!

For a recurring PayPal monthly payment of $4.95 or a yearly payment of $39.95, you will receive the following GR benefits and our undying thanks:

1. Your member name will appear in green in all of your posts and in the "Currently Online" listing (like the Admins are in red and the Mods are in blue now).

2. You will get an "I Support Golf Rewind" badge in the fashion of the "Team Golf Rewind" and Pick 'Em champion badges. (Note: If you won one of the Pick 'Em badges, it may take a day or two to get all of your badges up and running)

3. You'll be able to change your user title to whatever your wish. The rules apply to user titles as they do everywhere on this site.

4. Your PM box will increase in size ten fold, to 500 messages maximum (Inbox and Sent Items combined) and you'll have the ability to PM up to 25 buddies at once.

5. Your disk space allotment for the Gallery will increase five fold, to 25 megabytes of photo's.

6. Ability to post Attachments. We disabled this feature because of hard disk usage but since there will be considerably less Supporting Members, we decided to offer this.

7. Unlimited access to the Arcade. Supporting Members have no posting requirements to play the Arcade.

There are additional features in the pipeline that we can not elaborate on yet. Anyone who signs up right now will get any new features when they are released.

I'd just like to thank everyone who has decided to support Golf Rewind. The program has had its share of bugs in the first few days but I'm getting them ironed out right now. At this time, it seems the one remaining bug is that your name isn't displayed in green on the Currently Online list. I'll try to get that sorted out as soon as possible.

The Currently Online list has been fixed so usernames are now displayed properly on there. I am also working on providing @golfrewind.com e-mail addresses for all Supporting Members who use the yearly option (it would be difficult to add/delete e-mail addresses on a monthly basis).

Some of you may notice there's one more different username shade. It's not a totally different color like the green but it's just the regular username color in bold and italics. If you want one of those, you'll have to win one of the Pick 'Em's.

Oh yeah, they get the same additional features that Supporting Members get.

That was a one week thing stag...maybe Victory can do something for the bowl pick'em but that's entirely up to him.

Stag, I'm sorry. The prizes refer to the Pick 'Em winners for the various Major tournaments and the Ryder Cup. Next year, there will be even more chances to win. We will have a Fantasy Golf league on GR and we will have Pick 'Ems for all 4 majors and the Presidents Cup. That amounts to at least 6 chances to win next year but I'll be sure to think of more fun golf related games for all.

Question on this - last month I chose the monthly recurring debit option. This month my subscription has expired. Do I need to do it monthly manually?

Mine always automatically did it itself, but I believe I had to check something in pay pal to do that. Hope that helps.
